+ Can I change or cancel my booking after confirmed booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the date you have booked, if you need a full refund. In case you need to cancel your booking after that, there is a late cancellation fee.

+ We are very small - can we fit 7 or more persons in the Stationary Hot Tub?

Unfortunately not! The max capacity of the stationary hot tubs on land is 6 people.

+ Can I swim in the sea?

No, there is no swimming zone but we have cold tubs in which you can cool down.

+ What if it's raining/snowing/windy?

Not to worry. Almost any kind of weather has its own charm. Even if the weather is cold, you won't be cold in our Hot Tubs which are heated to 40°C/104°F. Should safety issues due to weather conditions occur, CopenHot will cancel the event and you will get a refund!

+ How to book more than one hot tub/sauna?

If you need to book 2 or more units, you start with one, fill in the needed details and before payment, in the right upper corner of your booking overview, you can find the option to "add extra services to your booking", from where you can add everything you need to your booking and finalize it.

+ Are there any changing facilities?

Yes you and your group is provided with your own wooden lodges for changing clothes and storage.

+ Do you have shower facilities?

We have shower facilities. But still we ask everybody to shower before arrival. Please do inform everybody in your group!

+ Can I book a specific hot tub?

No, the daily setup depends entirely on what bookings we have received for the day and it is unfortunately not possible for our guests to choose a specific hot tub. Besides all tubs stand in a circle and all have the same view.

+ What are the general guidelines for the area and cruises?

For everybody to be comfortable, please note that screaming and shouting, nakedness or drunkenly disorder will not be accepted. Jumping into the dock is not allowed. Please share this with your group!

+ What are your opening hours?

Mondays and Tuesdays we are closed. We are open Wednesday to Sunday. The opening hours are dependent on the season, since we are open longer in summer and spring due to the longer daylight hours. You can always check CopenHot.com/en/booking for the current opening hours.

+ Can I celebrate my stag-hen/bachelor's party at CopenHot?

We don't accept bachelor/ette parties.

+ What should I bring?

Bikini/swimsuit, shorts, flip-flops and maybe a wolly hat in the winter. You can bring your robe but Use of a towel is included in the price.

+ Are there any age restrictions?

For all activities on land (saunas or stationary hot tubs) you have to be at least 6 years old. For cruising in the Sailing Hot Tub you have to be a minimum of 18 years and be a capable swimmer.

+ I have signed up for the waiting list. When is my booking confirmed?

When you are signed up to our waiting list, you have signed up to receive an e-mail if there are any cancellations on the specific activity. There is no commitment by signing up to our waiting list. When an activity has cancellations we send out an e-mail to everybody on the waiting list. Then you can choose to book the activity and after payment, your booking is confirmed.

+ Do you have any toilets?

Yes, our guests can use our toilets (Plasticmoulded outdoor cubicle - chemical toilet).

+ We are very small - can we fit 6 persons in the Sailing spa?

Unfortunately not! The legal number of people in a Sailing Hot Tub is 5 participants and a skipper.

+ Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You can buy soft drinks on spot and until further notice you are allowed to bring your own beer and wine. No food is allowed in the premises.

+ We are only going to be two people, what's the price for a Sailing Spa/Stationary Spa/Sauna?

We have two types of service, private bookings and HotDay sessions. All our private bookings have fixed prices. That means the price stays the same regardless of whether you are e.g. 1 or 5 people. You can pay per person for our HotDay sessions, where you share the opened Panoramic Sauna and Hot Tub facilities with our other guests.

+ What is the alcohol policy?

No guests are allowed in the area if suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances and your cruise/spa/sauna will be cancelled without a refund! You are allowed to consume wine and beer (responsibly) during your stay at Copenhot.

+ Is it possible to park my car nearby?

Yes, there is parking in front of CopenHot. Dont forget to pay!

+ How long does it take to get to the airport from CopenHot?

Public transport from CopenHot to the airport metro station is about 40 minutes including walking to the bus. If you take a taxi it is about 20 minutes.

+ What if I’m pregnant?

We kindly ask you to contact your own doctor and pose that question. Our Hot Tubs and Saunas do have a temperature that is above your own body temperature and our cold tubs are bolow it - Make sure you get a go-ahead from your doctor before visiting us.

+ Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, but no animals are allowed.

+ Can I wear jewelry in the hot tubs/sauna?

We kindly advise not to. The company cannot be held liable for any damages to or loss of your personal belongings. You can lock them in your changing room during your visit.

+ Can I videotape or take pictures for non private use?

That is not allowed. You can allways contact us in advance to ask about possibilities.
